This month, we challenge you to take small steps toward Self-love. Choose one or more of the following activities to incorporate into your daily routine.

Practice a random act of kindness for yourself. Treat yourself to something special, such as a massage, a new book, or a delicious meal.
Spend time in nature. Connect with the beauty and tranquility of the natural world.
Disconnect from technology. Give yourself a break from screens and social media.
Forgive yourself for past mistakes. Let go of regret and embrace self-compassion.
